RESTORING PURCHASES AND GAME PROGRESS
Can I restore my purchases if I have deleted the Touchgrind BMX 2 app?
Yes, you can. If you had connected your Touchgrind BMX 2 account to either Facebook or Gmail before deleting the app follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you have a working Internet connection
- Reinstall Touchgrind BMX 2 and open the app
- Go to ‘settings’ and tap ‘connect’ in the upper right corner
- Log in to the same Facebook or Gmail account that you used before deleting the app
- Restart the app
If you hadn’t connected your Touchgrind BMX 2 account to neither Facebook nor Gmail before deleting the app follow the steps below:
- Log in to the same iTunes or Google Play account that you used when you made the in-app purchases in Touchgrind BMX 2
- Reinstall Touchgrind BMX 2 and open the app
- Go to ‘settings’, tap ‘restore purchase’ and follow the on-screen instructions
Note: With the ‘restore purchase’ button under the ‘settings’ menu you can only restore purchased locations and the Duels Gold in-app purchase. Crates and Special Crates are consumable in-app purchases and cannot be restored through the ‘restore purchase’ button. To restore these you must have been connected to either Facebook or Gmail before deleting the app.
I purchased a Crate but didn’t receive anything. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive your purchased crates follow the steps below:
- Shut down Touchgrind BMX 2 and all other apps that might currently be running
- Make sure that you have a working Internet connection and that you are logged in with the same iTunes / Google Play account that you used at the time of the purchase
- Restart Touchgrind BMX 2
- Make sure that you’re in the right Crate category. There are normal Crates (wooden) and if you tap the right arrow you will see the Special Crates (metal)
If you still didn’t receive the purchased items, restart your device and follow steps 2 and 3 above.
Should there still be a problem, contact us on the support link below with a description of the issue plus some additional information:
- Device name and model
- iOS or OS currently installed
- App Store or Google Play purchase receipt
Note: With the ‘restore purchase’ button under the ‘settings’ menu you can only restore purchased locations and the Duels Gold in-app purchase. Crates and Special Crates are consumable in-app purchases and cannot be restored through the ‘restore purchase’ button. Crate and special crate purchases are only saved when you have connected your account to either Facebook or Gmail.
Is my game progress saved if I delete Touchgrind BMX 2?
If you had connected your Touchgrind BMX 2 account to either Facebook or Gmail inside the app before deleting it your progress is saved. Log in to the same Facebook or Gmail account after reinstalling it and restart the app to retrieve your game progress. If you didn’t connect your account, game progress will be lost.
Is game progress and purchases transferable between devices?
Yes. Game progress and purchases can be transferred between devices if you have connected your BMX 2 account to either Facebook or Gmail. On the second device, open Touchgrind BMX 2, go to ‘settings’ and tap on ‘connect’. Log in to the same Facebook or Gmail account that you used on the other device.
Note: Cross platform transfers, e.g. Apple devices to Android devices are not supported.
IN-GAME
What is the Reward Track? How do I access it?
The Reward Track is accessed by pressing the level button in the top right corner of the main menu. Here you can claim rewards such as BMX Crates, Special Crates, Crazy Crates Locations, and other features. Claim rewards for every new level up reached.
How long does it take before I receive a purchased location or purchased crates?
You should receive purchased items momentarily. Follow the steps below if you didn’t receive anything:
- Make sure that you have a working Internet connection
- Shut down the app and restart Touchgrind BMX 2
- If it still doesn’t work, restart your device and try again
Should none of the above work please contact us via the support link below including device name and model, iOS or OS currently installed and receipt of the purchase.
Where can I change my profile name?
There are two ways to change your profile name:
- Tap your name next to the bike icon in the top left corner
- Go to ‘settings’ and tap the textbox below ‘change nickname’
How do I get more adrenaline?
You earn adrenaline by completing challenges, setting highscores (bronze, silver, gold, diamond) and by competing in Duel mode.
How do I reset my game progress?
Go to ‘settings’ and tap ‘connect’. Disconnect from the Facebook or Gmail account that you are connected to. Restart the app. Game progress should now be reset. Connect to a new Facebook or Gmail account to safeguard your game progress and purchased locations and consumables (crates / special crates / crazy crates).
Why do I have so many unfinished Duels?
If your opponent doesn’t start his run when it’s his turn the duel will be idle. Duels timeout after 4 days and the user ignoring the duel will lose.
TRICKS
What’s the difference between a backflip / frontflip and a bikeflip?
When performing a back- or frontflip the rider stays on the bike. Swipe with your fingers just BEFORE you leave a ramp. When making a bikeflip (front, back or side) the bike is spun around without the rider staying on it. Swipe with your fingers AFTER you have left the ramp.
What is an insane trick?
These are the titles for barspin and tailwhip tricks:
- Barspin: 1 revolution (360 rotation)
- Double Barspin: 2 revolutions (720 rotation)
- Triple Barspin: 3 revolutions (1080 rotation)
- Quad Barspin: 4 revolutions (1440 rotation)
- Insane Barspin: 5 revolutions (1800 rotation)
How do I perform cool tricks?
- While in the game, open the pause menu (upper right corner).
- Press the “How To” button at the bottom of the pause menu.
This section visually explains how to perform various tricks in Touchgrind BMX 2.
How do I maximize my score?
Maximize your score by varying your tricks in every jump. Combos performing different tricks will give you a higher score than if you repeat the same trick several times. This in combination with bottom-up tricks will skyrocket your scores.

When I try to make a purchase, a progress wheel shows up but nothing happens.
Try the following:
- Go to settings on your device
- Go to iTunes and App Store
- Tap your Apple ID and sign out
- Sign in to the same account that you used at the time of the purchase
- Restart Touchgrind BMX 2

How do I change in-game language?
Touchgrind BMX 2 has been localised to the following languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese and Turkish. There are two ways to change the language inside the app:
- Go to your device’s settings.
- Scroll down, locate and tap BMX 2.
- Under preferred languages, change to one of the languages above and restart the app
How do I set up parental control on my device?
- Go to settings on your device and tap screen time
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode
- Make sure that Content & Privacy Restrictions is set to on
- Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases
- Choose a setting and set to don’t allow

COMPATIBILITY
Why can’t I download or play Touchgrind BMX 2 on my device?
Your device needs to be compatible with the technical requirements of Touchgrind BMX 2:
- ARM processor
- At least 2Gb of RAM
- OpenGL ES 3.0 support
If your device doesn’t meet the requirements you won’t be able to install the game. A few devices have also been manually disabled because they have shown to not be able to run the game even when they meet these requirements.

I have purchased ‘Disable all ads’ but ads are still showing. Why?
There’s a possibility that HiTouch is activated on your device which may open Amazon Assistant during gameplay. Try to turn it off and restart Touchgrind BMX 2:
- Shut down Touchgrind BMX 2
- Turn off HiTouch: Settings/Smart Assistance/HiTouch/off
- Restart Touchgrind BMX 2

How do I change in-game language?

The Touchgrind BMX 2 fonts are blurred out and unreadable.
The issue could be a setting on your device called ‘High contrast text’ or ‘High contrast fonts’. Try to turn it off:
- Shut down Touchgrind BMX 2
- Open your device’s settings app
- Tap accessibility
- Turn off high contrast text
- Start Touchgrind BMX 2
How do I set up parental control on my device?
- Open the Play Store app Google Play
- In the top left corner, tap menu and then settings and then parental controls
- Turn on parental controls
- Create a PIN
- Tap the type of content you want to filter
- Choose how to filter or restrict access
How do I delete my Touchgrind BMX 2 account completely?
If you have signed in with either Facebook, Google or Apple, you can delete your account. In Touchgrind BMX 2, go to the settings menu, Account and press “Delete Account”.
Once you initiate the deletion, there’s a 10-day window during which you can recover your account. If you sign in within this period, the account will be reinstated and the deletion stopped.
Note: Account deletion only applies to Touchgrind BMX 2.
