Touchgrind Scooter Support

Touchgrind Scooter is free and you will be able to purchase additional locations and customisations in-game.

All locations in Touchgrind Scooter has a hidden ‘star’ path that can be a bit tricky to find. Locate it and up your total score on each location to climb the leaderboards.

If you have signed in with either Facebook, Google or Apple, you can delete your account. In Touchgrind Scooter, go to the settings menu and press “Delete Account”.

Once you initiate the deletion, there’s a 10-day window during which you can recover your account. If you sign in within this period, the account will be reinstated and the deletion stopped.

Note: Account deletion only applies to Touchgrind Scooter.

If you have signed in with either Facebook, Google or Apple, you can reset all progress for your account. In Touchgrind Scooter, go to the settings menu and press “Reset progress”.

Note: After resetting progress it can’t be undone.

You need to enable ‘Location Services’ on your device if it’s set to Off. Go to your device’s Settings/Privacy and turn on ‘Location Services’.

Unfortunately, due to limited filtering options for Android devices on
Google Play, we had to manually disable some incompatible devices
after release. We will continue our work and strive towards making
some of these devices compatible again, but currently we can’t
promise anything.

Your device needs to be compatible with the technical requirements of Touchgrind Scooter:

1. At least 2Gb of RAM
2. 64 bit ARM processor
3. Vulkan support

If your device doesn’t meet the requirements you won’t be able to install the game. A few devices have also been manually disabled because they have shown not to be able to run the game even when they meet these requirements. Unfortunately we can’t filter and exclude devices based on graphics performance and that unfortunately lets some devices slip through the technical requirements check.
